BE has outsourced their complete Solution Center to West Coast Consulting for the last few years. This effort is being

We appreciated WCCs willingness to accommodate our needs.... not theirs. We had a limited project budget so they
proposed using remote consultants on an 'as needed' basis. My first thought was this will not work (it goes against the traditional model of putting a consultant on-site for an extended period) but decided to give it a try. In the end we were very glad we had taken their advice because it allowed us to stay within budget and forced project ownership back on us. we value our relationship with WCC, they're definitely our first choice for any future consulting needs.
