With 14 years of experience in Oracle and Microsoft technology consulting, he has worked across diverse industries, including Finance, Hi-Tech Manufacturing, Energy, Aerospace, and eCommerce. Rajat has collaborated with leading consulting firms and is currently focused on business development, fostering strategic relationships, and driving the firm’s growth to new heights.
Maneesh Gupta has 16 years of experience in techno-commercial sales within the Information Technology sector. His expertise lies in cultivating high-impact client and partner relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding business opportunities. Maneesh oversees sales development and strategic alliances for WCC. With a strong background in sales and channel management across India and the United States, he has successfully led consulting practices, client management initiatives, and team leadership, both onsite and offshore. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Delhi and an MBA in IT & Management.
As Director of Marketing and Public Relations, Veena Varadan leads the firm’s strategic marketing initiatives, public relations efforts, and digital presence. With an engineering degree in Computer Science and over a decade of industry experience, she brings a unique blend of technical acumen and creative communication skills. Veena is responsible for crafting and executing marketing campaigns, overseeing web presence, managing corporate communications, and spearheading market research and product development efforts.
Anuj Khurana brings over 15 years of leadership experience to his role as Director of SAP Practice. Before joining WCC, he successfully managed SAP projects independently and as a manager at BearingPoint. His expertise was instrumental in the implementation of Gwinnett County’s SAP HR/Payroll system, among other projects. Anuj holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and an MBA in Finance, Strategic Management, and Information Technology from the University of Bombay (India) and Monash University (Australia).
Anna leads the HR & Administration team, overseeing workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, and compensation strategies. With extensive experience in human resources leadership, she has successfully driven HR strategies and workforce optimization initiatives. Prior to her current role, she served as Director of HR in Malaysia and held multiple senior HR positions. Anna joined the company in 2005 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Science, along with a certification in Information and Systems Management.
Sunil Batra is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of business and corporate experience spanning Manufacturing, Banking & Finance, Infrastructure, IT, and Legal Services. A strategic leader, he played a pivotal role in establishing WCC’s India office, building its infrastructure, and developing core operational processes. Under his leadership, the India team has grown into a vital hub for WCC’s global projects and initiatives. Sunil continues to drive operational excellence and organizational growth in the region.
Jennifer Wilkes brings over six years of expertise in financial management and accounting. Before joining WCC, she worked in the manufacturing and real estate investment sectors. In her role, Jennifer plays a key part in managing payroll, financial administration, health insurance, and 401K benefits. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech.
