WCC runs payroll on a weekly and bi-monthly basis depending on the consultant's preference.
Salary is paid by direct deposit every Thursday for weekly payroll and every 7th and 22nd of the month for bi-monthly payroll.
Salary is paid based on a published payroll calendar and is paid 1 week behind.
Employees get paid way before the client pays WCC, allowing Employees to focus on work and not worry about paying bills.
Salary is based on approved timesheets. Timesheets are taken directly from the VMS portal by our HR administrator. Contractors don't need to submit any documentation and instead can focus on their client priorities.
